**To the attention of users of AgERA5 version 1.1:**

AgERA5 version 1.1 is superseded by AgERA5 version 2, published in May 2025, which was fully reprocessed and fixes the Rogue Tmin-24h values as well as the Tmean \> Tmax issue found in v1.1 (please refer to [AgERA5 documentation](https://confluence.ecmwf.int/x/3FmaE) for details).

There is no justification to keep AgERA5 version 1.1 going any longer longer since it contains unresolved issued. Therefore, we have planned to **stop updating AgERA5 v1.1 on 17th June 2026** and subsequently deprecate it (deprecation date to be confirmed in this Forum topic in due time).

AgERA5 version 2 data meanwhile continues to be updated on a daily basis.
