Are there any references, articles, projects or ideas on how Copernicus could be used for detecting and tracing radioactive substances? or for detecting and tracing smaller amount of gases that may be closer to the ground like toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and weapon of mass destruction (WMDs) ?
