# How to reverse axes in the toolbox

The best way to reverse the axes in the toolbox is using ct.chart.heatmap instead of ct.cdsplot.pcolormesh. Here's a workflow with an example:

**Note** the reversal is done in the 'yaxis' keyword 'autorange' in the layout keywords.
