Hi there - we receive data via the pre-schedule delivery. Since 50r1 [aside from any dissemination issues], the IFS ENS (and control) are now starting to be disseminated around 20mins later than they were in 49r1. Is this expected to continue?
Separately we have noticed in the last few days the EXT arrive earlier and earlier [e.g. today started at 11UTC]. I it possible to share the earliest arrival time, and whether that will be stable [barring issues]?
Knowing the answers to both these questions will help us plan and manage compute resource.
Thanks!
Hi,
At the moment, the pre-schedule delivery timing has changed after the implementation, and the team is actively working to improve the current situation and there were some positive results already today.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and please be aware that in general the timing of pre-schedule is not guarantee.
We will keep you updated in the following days.
Best regards
