# New release: Single-column model experiment data now available from the Data Hub

We are pleased to announce that a **new version of the OpenIFS Data Hub** has been released on 06 August 2025.

This new release now also offers **initial experiment and forcing data for the OpenIFS single-column model**. The single-column model is part of the OpenIFS 48r1 model package.

Further changes include enhanced checking of user input parameters and restructured and expanded documentation on Confluence:
