NUTS2 names in PECD

Hi all,

I would like to know if a map existed to localize non European NUTS2 zones, from the PECDv4.2.
On the PECD documentation, I can only find the map with frontieres, but without the zones names.

I am looking for the non european countries specifically.

Dear Raphael,
Currently, there is no map in the online documentation showing the names due to the long list of areas. However, for countries outside the main region, the areas are defined using Natural Earth Admin-1 subdivisions.
Over the coming weeks, we will consider whether it is feasible to include this information in the current documentation. If so, we will add a table to the documentation containing the names to clarify this. In the meantime, you can find the shapefiles containing the names of the regions on the Natural Earth website.

Many thanks for your reply. I finally managed to get the information I needed using this folder on github, as you suggested : 2025-entsoe-training/shape_files/custom_spatial_aggregation at develop · ecmwf-training/2025-entsoe-training
I managed to localize the NUT2 area with the content for the folder shape_files/custom_spatial_aggregation.
