# Upgrade (U10) to the CAMS European air quality products

We are pleased to inform [CAMS European air quality](https://ads.atmosphere.copernicus.eu/datasets/cams-europe-air-quality-forecasts?tab=overview) users that the latest upgrade (U10) to the CAMS European air quality models was successfully implemented on 13-11-2025.

The main features introduced in the upgrade include:

- an update of the anthropogenic emissions provided by CAMS2\_61\_bis (i.e. CAMSREG8 - ry2024) used by the individual models

- improvements in individual models

The [CAMS Regional: European air quality analysis and forecast documentation](https://confluence.ecmwf.int/x/pOoMD) has been updated accordingly.
