Hello ECMWF Team,
I would like to report an issue accessing the ECMWF website from my institutional network.
When accessing https://www.ecmwf.int, the website consistently returns 403 Forbidden (nginx).
However, access works normally when using a mobile 4G/5G network, which suggests that the issue is related to the public IP of our institutional network.
What I have already checked:

IP and DNS are set to Automatic (DHCP)

Tried different browsers and cleared cache/cookies

Disabled VPN
-
Restarted the machine
-
Verified that access works immediately via mobile hotspot (4G)

Could you please advise:

Whether there are IP-based restrictions or blocks currently applied to certain institutional networks

If there is a recommended way to request a review or whitelist for web access
-
Or if there is an alternative recommended access route for the ECMWF website from such networks
