I have some troubles with the conversion of precipitation units in this dataset. When I was converting the units of precipitation from meters to millimeters, I directly multiplied by 1000, but the conversion result seems a bit off. When I was searching online, some experts said that it is correct to multiply the original data by 1000 and then multiply it by the number of days in each month. Is that really the case? This makes me have some questions? I'm really looking forward to the responses from all the experts. This will be of great help to my research.
