I have noticed a significant degradation in performance of the CAMS data downloads. In the plot below you can see the duration of requests in the past few days for a specific request I normally do. Is there any known issue happening ?

Hello, I noticed a long download time for the ‘reanalysis-era5-single-levels’ product. Is this product also having the same problem as CAMs data?

Great! We’ve taken some measures to improve the situation so let’s hope it stays this way now.
Eduardo Araujo - I think the CAMS data experienced some quite specific problems which aren’t shared by ERA5, so probably not related.

None of our ADS API requests from this morning have succeeded yet. Is there another data access issue?

Hi Amy. The system got stuck this morning, but it’s unstuck now and you should find your requests are running or will run soon.
