Hi,
I have previously downloaded lots of data using the API and there was no problem at all. Recently, I moved from Europe to Asia and now, a request for data < 1MB in size takes 3 hours. I’m not sure if this is due to me being in Asia now, or if it is because of the upcoming launch of the new service. I’ve even opened up a new account with a new API key to try to speed up the download, so I don’t think it has to do with download limits on my end. Any advice on what I can do?
