We would like to announce that the CAMS global biomass burning emissions based on fire radiative power (GFAS) dataset is now available from the Atmosphere Data Store (ADS).
The data can be downloaded interactively through the ADS web interface and programmatically in Python using the API.
The move to the ADS service is necessary as part of the CAMS strategy to unify data access for all CAMS products.
Users that were accessing the CAMS GFAS data through the interactive ECMWF Data webserver and ECMWF Web API are now advised to migrate to the API, as these previous services has stopped on 07 September 2022. Please follow the instructions detailed here for how to migrate to the ADS API service.
