The monthly ERA5 data for February 2026 are either not available or nor downloading properly either through the web form or the cdsapi. They are usually available around 3Z on the 6th of each month.
The same for the downscaled product monthly ERA5 Land. Even if you try to explore the dataset from the “Dataset sample viewer” tool.
