Quick query. On the CDS request I have the following Queue status and it is taking a long time to download a single days worth of data:
“The maximum number of per-user requests that access the CDS-MARS data is 1”
“Running: 1 — Queued: 1”
However, I do not have any requests running. Is this the intended message for me to see?
Note that I have recently made requests which I have deleted, via the “Delete selected” option on the “Your requests” page. I assumed that this would delete my requests, but now wonder if they are still queued somewhere or causing some problem?
