I am using CAMS data for monitoring CO₂ emissions, and I would like to clarify the definition of the variable flux_apri_bio in the dataset I am working with.
Could you please confirm whether flux_apri_bio includes CO₂ emissions from fires (i.e., biomass burning / GFAS-based fire emissions), or whether fire emissions are provided separately?
For context, I am using [dataset/product name and version, e.g., CAMS global CO₂ fluxes / CAMS GHG flux product, version X]. If flux_apri_bio does not include fire emissions, could you please indicate which variable or product should be used for the fire component (for example, a flux_apri_bmb-type variable or GFAS-based biomass burning flux)?
I would also appreciate any reference to the relevant documentation or product description that defines how flux_apri_bio is constructed and whether biomass burning is included.
