Closed connection Error - ERA5 complete

Hello community

I have been getting this error from last two days when I try to download ERA5 using cds api:

Recovering from connection error [(‘Connection aborted.’, RemoteDisconnected(‘Remote end closed connection without response’))], attemps 1 of 500
Retrying in 120 seconds

and failed download. Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?

same on the Atmospheric Data Store

i’m getting the same problem. The request are getting through and are successful (according to the “your requests” tab on ADS), the data is available for download but the python API doesn’t seem to be able to get it.

Me too. At the status page, the Data Store service is labelled with “Degraded” status.

No.This state has lasted for half a day.

Having same issue i think there is some issue with web server.

Good news: The Data Store service has been fixed. I just successfully downloaded the ERA5 complete data.
