Dear Sanjeev Dwivedi,

since this is related to FLEXPART and you are trying to compile it with eccodes library, You should know, there is a new version of FLEXPART v11. There is an online documentation now and for your specfic problem, you need to set the INC or CPATH in the makefile that you are using to the ECCODES library root directory, e.g.: ECCODES_ROOT/include
This is where the mod file for fortran is.
