I need the temperature and precipitation data from 1995 to 2022 respectively, if I choose 0:00 to 23:00 and Jan to Dec in 2022, can I obtain the annual data for the year 2022 and present separately using two maps on ArcGIS? I’ve downloaded the data, but I’m not sure if it’s the right way.
