Downloading through CDS API taking a very long time

Hi
I have been trying to download the ERA5 single levels reanalysis data through CDS API (Python, Atlite). For a single feature it was successful. However, the past 10 hours, once I added all the features, the download has slowed down. In the wesbite it is showing Queued and earlier it was showing Running 350: Queued 9000. Any idea generally how long it takes for it to resume or is there a limit of requests I can do per day including failed requests?

Same issue here. It seems like this is an issue since the new CDS API is live.

I’m experiencing the same issue when trying to retrieve data via the API—it takes a very long time!

At this URL, we can see that it’s static: https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/live

https://status.ecmwf.int/ shows the status of the ECMWF system. Looks like some process rectification is happening.
