ECMWF is holding its 8th General Assembly of the Copernicus Climate Change Service between 2-4 June in Valencia, Spain.

The General Assembly will be an exciting moment to connect with your fellow C3S service providers as well as with representatives of EU institutions and agencies, Spanish stakeholders and ECMWF’s partner organisations. The programme promises to offer ample networking opportunities in between engaging plenary and poster sessions. For more in-depth discussions, side meetings will be organised by ECMWF and AEMET.

The formal part of the GA commences in the afternoon of 2 June and officially conclude after lunch of 4 June. Breakout sessions as part of the GA are scheduled on 4 June in the afternoon.

Registration is free and open to anyone interested in attending. Priority for on-site participation will be given to C3S service providers and users. Please note that this event is primarily a face-to-face event, online participation will be limited to livestreaming of the plenary sessions…

I applied for this event but I could not get any response from the authorities. It is more than one month left but I couldn’t contact with them. How can I have more information or how can I have this event’s coordinator email?

I know the website and details of the event but the problem is I registered many months ago and nobody response yet. I sent many emails to the contact email but I could not get any response to my emails. That is why I am looking for a new contact person or contact email about this event.

As per webpage and for your information, priority for on-site participation will be given to C3S service providers and users, due to venue capacity.
