Hi, I submitted some requests for ERA5 hourly data yesterday, but my requests keep getting deleted. The requests have not failed; they just vanished. They were in qued mode but not processing mode. I am directly submitting a data request without using Python. The link I used to directly download data.

Is the system down? If someone could help me with this, that would be great.

Hi! I’m having the same problem, but with the daily statistics dataset. I’m using an API to download them (until two days ago it was working without any problems). Since yesterday I’ve been getting the information that the download is complete and has been removed from the queue, but I can’t find the file on my computer.
