ERA5 HRES Reanalysis data request

Dear all

 I am looking for ERA5 HRES Reanalysis data which is mentioned here. 
https://github.com/dbekaert/RAiDER/blob/dev/docs/WeatherModels.md
Which can be downloaded using ECMWF API 

I was wondering how can i sign that license agreement get the data?

Thanks so much for your response!I can download ERA5 without problem. My issue is downloading HRES data is not possible. I couldn't find where to find license agreement for HRES data

Did you find a fix for this? I am facing a similar issue while trying to gain access to HRES-WAM data. Is there something I’m missing?

Not so far,it seems they ask for proposal and more complicated step

Dear Mohammed,

That’s correct. Historical HRES and HRES-WAM are in the Archive Catalogue which requires a service account to access this data.

As a researcher, you need to submit a proposal to determine if your project would be eligible for a fee waiver. More information can be found in our documentation.
