Error reading data from GFAS - emissions pm2.5 - period from 2003 to 2018

I'm trying to access pm2.5 data from the GFAS/CAMS project.
However, the data that I downloaded on the "atmosfere copernicus" platform for the period from 2003 to 2018 show empty values ​​(when I tryed reading in python) and with error transposition (from panoply to excel). For example:

Can you help me? 
Would it be possible to access this data in another way?
