Error while fetching data using API: ('Utf-8' codec can't deocde byte 0xc2 in position 2491: invalid continuation byte)

The following error code displays while downloading ERA5 data from API:

Even when I manually requested the data from the cds data store, the same error persisted with the manual request addition. 

This error was removed automatically and API request started working again after a while. What seems to be the reason for this error, i could not find anything on the internet.

Hi, there was a temporary issue with the CDS which affect user requests. This was resolved and requests should run normally now,
