On 10 June 2026 ECMWF has expanded access to its WMO Support Dataset, making it available to all World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Members.
The dataset provides a core set of ECMWF forecast fields for use in limited-area numerical weather prediction models. Data are delivered in real time at the highest available resolution and are available for predefined geographical regions.
Access to the dataset is restricted to users from National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) within WMO Member countries and is managed via username and password authentication.
