How can I Open/read Netcdf ERA5 grid data from ECMWF in widows system using IDL software

Hello, I downloaded ERA5 reanalysis data  from RECMWF. 

I would like to open/read this type of data inside IDL v6.2 in windows system.

I hope to extract the data variables in the file with their dimension  and read them in ascii format.
