How to calculate PVU from Potential vorticity: ERA5 reanalysis

Hi,

I downloaded Potential vorticity from ERA5 hourly data on pressure levels. The Potential vorticity is in K m2 kg-1 s-1. Now, I want to derive potential vorticity unit (PVU) from ERA5 potential vorticity to find the tropopause height. Can you suggest me how to do that?
