How to download daily average temperature data for all available counties in time series from 1990 - 2026?

Could anyone please guide me on how can I get a daily average temperature data for all the available countries?

if you are interested in ERA5 data you can have a look at the following two Climate Data Store (CDS) entries. You can download the data from the relevant webforms or using the CDS API:

In case you are going to download from the daily entry, the suggestion for efficient requests is to download one month at the time.
