How to obtain the era5 data of the specified geometric height ? Are there any papers recommended?

Good day

I already understand how to calculate geometric altitude through raw ERA5 data. ERA5: compute pressure and geopotential on model levels, geopotential height and geometric height - Copernicus Knowledge Base - ECMWF Confluence Wiki.

However, I want to convert the height resolution of the data to geometric altitude as a variable. For example, from the ground to the highest point in the atmosphere, divide the atmosphere vertically with a resolution of 1km to get the temperature, pressure, and moisture pressure of each layer.
