Dear Copernicus User Support Team,
I am working with the Global sea level change indicators from 1950 to 2050 derived from reanalysis and high resolution CMIP6 climate projections(Global sea level change indicators from 1950 to 2050 derived from reanalysis and high resolution CMIP6 climate projections) and have encountered an issue with the percentile files.
The files for p10, p50, and p95 percentiles under rp5 are identical across all periods (1950–1984, 1985–2014, 2015–2050).
The metadata for these files is identical, and the ensemble_mean_surge variable has a placeholder long_name: ‘ensemble mean of eth percentile confidence interval for surge levels’, which should specify the percentile (e.g., 10th, 50th, 95th). Additionally, for rp100, the p10 and p50 files are identical, though p95 differs.
This duplication prevents me from analyzing the variability across percentiles for my study. Can you confirm if this is a known issue with the dataset? Is there a corrected version available, or can you provide guidance on how to proceed?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Moniki
