I am currently working with the PECD dataset and, in particular, with the spatial aggregation of PEON/PEOF data to NUTS0.
I noticed that the shapefile corresponding to the original PECD4.2 version (i.e. the non-v2 version) seems to be missing from the corresponding notebook/documentation. Only the shapefile corresponding to PECD4.2_v2 appears to be available.
From my understanding, the number of zones differs between the original version and the v2 version, which prevents using the v2 shapefile together with the PECD4.2 weights.
Would it be possible to indicate where the shapefile corresponding to the original PECD4.2 zoning can be downloaded?
If that shapefile is not available, could you please confirm whether there is an official correspondence table between PECD4.2 and PECD4.2_v2 zones that should be used for visualization purposes?
