"moda" Stream Type in ERA5-Land Monthly Averaged Data

I am currently working with ERA5-Land monthly averaged reanalysis data from the Copernicus Climate Data Store (CDS). In the NetCDF file I downloaded, I noticed the following entry in the global attributes:

:history = “2026-01-27T17:54 GRIB to CDM+CF via cfgrib-0.9.15.1/ecCodes-2.42.0 with {“source”: “data.grib”, “filter_by_keys”: {“stream”: [“moda”]}, “encode_cf”: [“parameter”, “time”, “geography”, “vertical”]}”

This indicates that the data was extracted from a GRIB file with stream type “moda”. Could you please provide information about what the “moda” stream type represents in ERA5-Land data and its complete definition? Additionally, for precipitation variables in this stream, could you explain how the values are calculated - whether they are monthly means, totals, or otherwise aggregated values? If the precipitation values are monthly means, should I multiply them by the number of days in each respective month to obtain total monthly precipitation accumulation?
