A severe network outage, lasting several hours in the afternoon of Wednesday 12 February 2025, affected access to all ECMWF services including our Data Stores (CDS, ADS, EWDS), Knowledge Base, Forum, etc.
As indicated on the ECMWF service status board, access to all services has now been restored.
Data requests may now be submitted again to our Data Stores. Requests which had been submitted prior to the network outage remained in the queue and do not need to be submitted again.
We apologise for the inconvenience this network outage has caused and we thank our users for their patience.
