We are pleased to announce the expansion of our product offerings based on ARCO (Analysis Ready Cloud Optimized) capabilities, which include direct tokenized access to data cubes.
Climate Data Store (CDS) datasets with direct tokenized access to data cubes will have a new “Analysis ready data” tab (alongside the existing Overview, Download, Documentation and Quality tabs) with instructions including code snippet showing how to open a Zarr store using xarray.
Please be aware that direct tokenized access to data cubes is a Beta service which is to be closely monitored. The Data Store Service administrator reserves the right to take the necessary actions at any moment, including closing the service to maintain the overall performance of the Data Store Service.

Due to the anticipated high demand and workload in the hosting infrastructure triggered by this new access mechanism, datasets will be gradually opened to the public.
