New secure Support Portal now replacing copernicus-support email address

We would like to inform our CAMS and C3S users that from today Tuesday September 21st 2021, our copernicus-support email address is no longer monitored and any email messages sent to this address will not be read.

To get support on any CAMS products, please visit the ECMWF Support Portal at where our Knowledge Base and User Forum are conveniently integrated. You will need an ECMWF account (separate from your ADS account) to access the secure support portal. You can create an ECMWF account here if necessary.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for, you are recommended to ask your question by going to 'Charts and Data' > 'Get our Products' from the ECMWF Support Portal as shown on the screenshots below.
