I’ve posted an access request from the ECMWF Support Portal 10 days ago, with all needed information (name, ECMWF account email, affiliation to institutes with license agreement). No update since then.
How long did it take for anyone did the same procedure?

Apologies for the delay in hearing from us. During the summer holiday period our support has fewer staff available and it seems that your request has not been picked up until now. We will look into this as soon as possible.
