I would like to look at the vertical ocean velocity in ORA-S5. However, this variable is not available. Therefore, I am trying to recompute it from the horizontal field using CDFTOOLS.
However, I cannot find the mesh_zgr.nc and mesh_hgr.nc files?
When running cdfw only with [mesh_mask.nc](TDS Catalog mesh_mask.nc )
the script says that e3u_o and thkcello variable are missing.
Can anyone help me with that?
