I am currently trying to access the ERA5–Drought dataset via the Cross Data Store (XDS). However, when submitting a download request through the web interface, the request remains in “processing” status indefinitely and never completes. This issue has persisted for several days.
May I ask whether there is a known issue with the XDS platform at the moment?
If so, is there an estimated time for resolution, or is there an alternative method to access the data?
