The hybrid linear ozone (HLO) scheme is briefly explained In the ECMWF IFS description.
I have a question that the coefficients for HLO scheme is open to share and could be downloaded?

I’m not familiar with exactly where the HLO scheme is set up in the IFS code, but it might be worth checking the OpenIFS model, as it shares the same source code.
The OpenIFS version corresponding to IFS CY48R1 is available here:
If the details aren’t in the source code, they may instead be in the input data files for the HLO scheme, which you can find here:
Each horizontal resolution has a tar.gz archive containing folders (o3chem_l${level}) with 12 monthly binary files. You may need to check the source code to see how these are read by the model.
