Join us online on Thursday 24 September 2026, from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC, for the AI Weather Quest: Annual Highlights and Awards webinar.

Organised by ECMWF in collaboration with WMO as part of the WMO AI Webinar series, the session will look back at the first year of the Quest, share scientific insights and the latest rankings, and introduce what comes next.

The webinar will feature presentations from:

  • CMAandFDU – China Meteorological Administration and Fudan University
  • MicroEnsemble – Microsoft, Harvard University, University of Toronto, IMPA, MIT and Rhiza Research
  • CLINT – The Climate Data Factory, CMCC Foundation and the University of Alcalá

There will also be opportunities to ask questions and hear directly from the participating teams about their forecasting approaches and lessons learned.
