Request Not Optimal

After trying to download data from website many times, I got “Request not optimal”. The thing is, I need 60 years of data from many different meteorological parameters for a university graduation work and even though , I am trying to download 5 years at a time, the same error comes. Is there a way to download all 60 years from the website? PS;:I tried PYTHON, cds and couldnt make it work so I am relying on downloading directly from the website.

PS:If its not possible, then I might need to download year by year from the past 60 years which may not be viable

Somewhere in Confluence there are suggestions on how to create an efficient query. In my experience, for hourly data the best way is to download each variable/month separately. If monthly, I would go for an entire year.
