Simple request of 5MB takes more than 1 hour to be processed

A similar request was processed in 49minutes, which is far too long for such a small request.
However a similar request is running for 2 hours and is not Queued.

What to do to resolve this slow response?

It seems that this slow response is caused by an infra issue. Does ECMWF use Kubernetes?

My requests stay in the queue for 10-20 hours, and size doesn’t play a role. I would be surprised that you got your results super-fast!
