Hello, I’m trying to download the daily statistics calculated from ERA5 data but its giving me this:
“ERROR:root:Error during download: This is a beta version. This functionality has not been implemented yet.”

Is this applicationnot available in the new cds?

I just attempted using my old code after changing the .cdsapirc file to reflect new URL and Key values. I have the same problem as you.

I don’t understand why this is released before it is functioning properly. Re-downloading decades’ worth of data manually, file-by-file, is not a feasible use of anyone’s time.

I had the same error when I was trying to update request status, and finally I solved it updating cdsapi to the last version… It was from 0.7.3 to 0.7.5, if it can help.

Please note that this functionality has been made available in the new CDS infrastructure, and any issues now are likely due to the ongoing CDS maintenance, or using an old version of the CDS api.
