I’ve been trying to download data from the TIGGE dataset (especifically UKMO perturbed forecasts). As we are in the overlap phase during the migration of the dataset, I tried to download it from the ECMWF Public Datasets service, the job moved to “active” but it stayed like that for 2days. So I killed the request and moved to the new ECDS system. My request was accepted and moved to “running” and has been like that for over 18 hours. I tried a smaller request (1 day, 1 timestep in a subregion and it didn’t work either --created the request through the web form rather than a script for this one).
Is anyone else experiencing this with ecds or with TIGGE data?
