Timeout waiting for broker？

 I running scripts has always "timed out"  or "Unexpected token" in recent days. Is it my network problem？

cdsclient.exceptions.BrokerFailed: Timeout waiting for broker: HTTPConnectionPool(host='192.168.0.8', port=8080): Read timed out. (read timeout=3.0)  

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
