Sorry ahead of time if this is not the right place for this.
I am trying to download some ERA5 (reanalysis-era5-single-levels) data, and noticed that very small requests (1 day, 9 fields, hourly data) are taking 4-8 hours to complete. I realize that under high load the CDS API can be slow, but this seems abnormal. This has been occurring for the past couple of days.

Is there an outage or an issue with the CDS service?
